FAQ

As you would expect, the FAQ section has a comprehensive list of popular questions that we often get asked, from delivery to product ranges. If you need to learn more about radiator valves and pipework this is the place to start. It also includes a search bar so if you’re looking for assistance in something more general, it can suggest some options that might be of help. Just enter a few keywords and you should be able to find the answers to all of your questions (well, almost all). If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us directly. We have a dedicated team that would be more than happy to help. The contact us section is also on the top right of the website, just look for the phone icon.   BTU definition Column Rads

BTU Calculator

This can sound scarier than it is, but the BTU (British Thermal Unit) is the measure of the quanity of heat required to heat a room. Once we know the BTU requirements, we can suggest products that will fit within your calculated range. This ensures that you don’t waste money buying the wrong radiators. All you need to know is the height, width and depth of your room, along with some thought about where in the room you’d ideally like the radiator to go. You can just pop in the information into the BTU Calculator and we’ll give you an estimated BTU and wattage. Make sure you write it down for later. You can then carry on your search with that in mind, or take a look at the recommendations that have been generated for you at the right BTU.   Column Rads - Helpful online radiator tools

Fill in the form on our custom colour quote page and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. You can have an individual radiator painted in what ever colour you like. Not sure what colour is right for you? Check out the list of colours available here.   Pink and yellow column radiators

Delivery Estimator

This is a super simple but equally helpful online radiator tool. Just pop in your postcode into our Delivery Estimator and we’ll be able to suggest how long it might take us to get to you. We have warehouses all over the country and use our own trusted fleet, so it probably won’t be too long for you to wait. Perfect if you're looking to book in an installer or heating engineer to coincide with your radiator delivery.   *Please note: we would advise that you book your engineer or plumber to come after you've received your order and that you check the products on arrive to reduce any potential delays and costs.*
